Waltham Works

I signed up for a mail service and had all my mail forwarded. They have lost it all. They say they dont have anything despite me using their address for a month. These are legal documents and checks that are now lost. Nobody will respond to my multiple requests for help.

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE. Very unprofessional. I had an important business meeting and was flying into town FOR THIS MEETING and was planning to use a conference room. We had made the reservation and actually spoke to someone directly on Monday. They cancelled the day before and then HUNG UP on my business partner when we told him that we had made these plans. The person didnt care and frankly was abusive. AVOID AT ALL COST.

My company held a meeting at Waltham Works and we were very pleased with the overall experience! We had a large executive style conference room for the day with a large (probably 70+ inch) television display, which made it easy to facilitate our discussions. The common areas were all very clean and the environment was very modern with a great view of Moody Street! While the members all seemed professional, you could tell that the community was active and members were all very friendly. After our meeting we went to a happy hour right across the street and it was just a great experience overall. Thank you again to Waltham Works!

We rented one of the private offices for a year and a half. It was a great space! Met some great people as well.
