I had a very disappointing experience at the Flossery. First, they made a mistake with my financials asking for a higher amount, then they had to re-do the ex ray because they got the sides wrong. After that I had a filling done by Dr Cruz. While removing the old filling, he somehow managed to cut my lip with the dentist drill, or whatever instrument he was using. He did the filling and I expressed my dissatisfaction with his work (the floss could not go through easily between the two teeth). He tried hard to get the floss to go through and my gums started bleeding! Then hear this - he asked me to book another appointment to come and fix it because there were other patients waiting after me! Can you imagine?! I said I wasn't leaving until he fixed the problem, so he did work on it more. I am still not 100% happy with the result but was afraid of letting him do more work and making it worse. After all the positive reviews, I was excited to try the practice but I am not going there ever again. Very very disappointing and negative experience

I'm not sure the name of the dentist I saw, but he seemed very inexperienced and unsure of what he was telling me. I was also super disappointed to find out that they perform root canals here.
