    This company has terrible service. My bank information was added incorrectly, resulting in non payment. Instead of informing me they sent my bill to a collections agency. They also wouldnt allow autopay and the website is also terrible. If they werent basically the only option around I would never use their service.

    National Grid affected 60 plus senior citizens today. We live in a 55 Plus condo 7 Crescent Way in Sturbridge, Ma. The careless meter reader again did not read our meters correctly so all of us are being over billed and sent a letter. The letter says we were not able to read the meters so we estimated. After calling I was told the problem was the Meter reader not doing there job. Non caring National Grid Employees adversely affected 60 plus seniors mostly older widowed women. If I worked for NG I would be ashamed. Lets see if anyone with a conscience tries to make this right. Come back out reread the meters and resend accurate bills.

    This company is awful!! They price gouging is costing an outrageous amount of money when other electric companies arent. My transformer is outdated and preventing me from getting solar to help with lowering my electric bill. I even had to switch to Constellation to lower my monthly bill- which was $760 for 1 month!! If you have to go with this carrier my advice is to sign up with Constellation to save money because you will need it with National Grid- they always increase their prices every few months saying it will get better but NEVER does! They are literally making my neighbors go bankrupt and not offering any solutions, especially for the elderly community who live on fixed budgets and literally cannot afford it. Its awful what they are doing and they dont care! I would give 0 if possible!
