        We were very pleased with the prompt service from choosing a beautiful stair runner and having it installed. In the showroom in Waltham Paul Jackson patiently assisted us in choosing exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price. The two very friendly workers were extremely efficient and all was perfectly completed in no time. All in all, a pleasant experience working with this company.

        Stop the search! Elfmans is the winner! After shopping around for a stair runner and being on the 1 yard line with the Carpet Room in Needham, we decided do one last stop by Elfmans in Waltham. Wow! Top notch service and their selection was amazing. Dont judge a book by a cover when you walk in. They have everything or can order anything. Paul our sales guy was extremely helpful and was part of the whole process. Ultimately, for an apples to apples quote, we saved $2000 by using Elfmans and they were able to turn around and install in 1 week. The other company quoted 5 weeks. I normally dont write reviews but I have to give credit when credit is due. Excellent job Elfmans. Well be back!

      In 1907, Ben Elfman opened a family rug business that, a century later, is still guided by a simple philosophy of offering quality goods and friendly, dependable service. The family business was passed on to Ben’s son, Malcolm, and under his direction the company and our reputation for satisfying customers continued to grow. During this time, Mal Elfman’s found a new home in Waltham and proudly took part in the historic Moody Street revival. Today, our large showroom is filled with the finest selections of flooring. We are proud to continue to service homeowners, professional Builders and Designers, Real Estate Developers, Municipalities and the healthcare industry.

      Sorry you did not have a good experience with us. I am unable to find any record of interaction with you, so please provide me with some details of your experience so we can see how we can get better. I am also curious why you have reviews (almost all negative) of more flooring companies than most people use in a lifetime & none of these companies are within an hour drive of us. Is it possible you incorrectly reviewed us or is there some other ulterior motive in play?
