Prestige is a very professional company. The entire staff was awesome from Jill and Nicole in the office, Phil and the installers. I ordered a mirror for my bathroom. There was a problem with the size when being installed. They were so responsive and turned around within 3 hours to reinstall. I called other companies but I was really impressed with Prestige that I will use them for any other requirements I have.

We are currently working with Prestige to replace a broken glass floor/ceiling panel in our condo and have already had such a wonderful experience with them! From the start working with scheduling and paperwork, Jill has been always so friendly, informative, clear and timely in communication, making what we thought would be a headache of a process to fix, to be only smooth sailing! Phil and Shawn's attention to detail can't be beat. Compared to another company we got a quote for, Phil and Shawn took extra time (and an extra visit!) to make sure they measured the glass exactly right for the replacement. Their attention to detail and care made them stand out against competitors. In addition, they are so professional and incredibly kind, answering all my questions with great knowledge, giving us confidence that the job will be done correctly with care!
