Never use this agency for fingerprints. Our family has wasted 2 Saturdays. The first they had computer issues and never let us know ahead of time. Told us to return a week later and when we arrived at 9 am (their hours) no one was at the office. We waited 30 minutes outside and no one showed up. Worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever been a part of. Would rate 0 stars if that was an option. IdentiGO needs to drop them as a location.

This agency came through during a very trying time- a covid-positive family member with cognitive impairment needed extra care in a facility setting. When other agencies has no available staff, Mindful Healthcare was able to provide a wonderful staffing solution on one days notice. The caregiver and everyone at the company were so wonderful about staying in touch with the family and were happy to adapt the care plan and hours as needs shifted. They are a fairly large company, but the level of customer service consistently made me feel like we were their #1 priority. Highly recommend this company and their compassionate staff.

I knew about this Agency when I attended Zoom call from my DR office. I have asked few times that I need some one to do injection for me since I am not able to do it for myself. The person from DR office just name this Agency . I was able to google and find the phone number and contact them. This Agency picked the phone no matter which day/what time you called . They provide the great service for me when I need the injection. In the mean time, I start to read what kind of service this Agency provide. I was able to find out the Agency will provide home care service too. i remembered I called on Sunday and spoke with the Manager. He informed me they provide home care service which I have been looking more than a year. I was able to sign a contact with the Agency to give home care service in my home. The Agency facilitate all the paper work on their end less than a week and provide the service in my home immediately. I was very lucky to have this Agency who has been giving the home care service for more than six month in my home. I am very satisfied by their service, the care giver is very professional and caring as well. The Agency has a great communication between the client and the aids which I like the most. I personally suggest any one to get service from this Agency. I give big respect for the owner Loyce and all her staff who tried every day to deliver the great service . Keep up the good work!
