        Extremely rude personnel. Whoever answers the phone should be fired immediately as she was extremely rude, placating and then hung up on me. For an organization that is supposed to support people and provide services related to housing options, applications and how to find various services, they refuse do their jobs. I would give them negative stars if the rating would allow to do so; however, I had no option but to give a star rating. I cannot recommend them. If you do have the option, I recommend going to another city or state because Waltham doesnt care about the disadvantaged, people with disabilities , elderly and families who are homeless because various circumstances out of their control. Staff: do your job!!!!!!

        I love my apartment my area but I hate the Waltham housing service a lot of unprofessional and mean people that we have to deal with in that office If there is -100 star to review it I will put a 1000 of it
