The quality of the teacher my daughter had was awful/unsafe. It was her first time skating. All the kids were new. The teacher had the kids line up right next to each other on the cement floor outside the ice with their skates on. Their shoulders were literally touching. He told them to stomp their skates, and my daughter fell. Since they were so close to each other, the child next to my daughter stomped on her fingers with the skates. My daughter needed medical attention. I asked the teacher if the kids should be further apart from each other. She brushed me off saying that kids get hurt in skating and that we didn't have to come back if we didn't like their practices.

Bay State is the best! The staff have always been professional and so helpful. Over the years all of my kids and my friends kids have learned to skate from the pros at Bay State.

Staff was so patient with my neice who is a new skater. They took time to do everything to make her comfortable on the ice. She cant wait to go back for the next lesson . Would highly recommend !

I enrolled my kids at the Quincy location and they absolutely love it. The instructors are top-notch! They are very patient with my beginner 5 year old son. Both he and my 8 year old daughter look forward to going for skating lessons every week.

Very up and down coaching. One day my kid was with 30 others and one teacher, the next day she was in a group of 4. The teachers seem to pick any one kid in random and stick to teaching them. Very bad experience.
