John accepted me as a client back in early May and we had a short call followed by a series of emails before he stopped responding to me all together over a month ago; can't comment on legal competency since we never got that far, but a comically bad customer experience. My timeline for a visa has now been pushed back 3 months as I retain a new firm. Zero stars.

John Gallini and Amy Tran from Parker Gallini have been assisting me over the past 2 years with my and my companys interactions with US immigration, so far a total of 3 individuals. This has been a huge task. We are not quite at the end of the road yet, but I wanted to give John and Amy a shout out for their excellent and professional service.
