John Frankiewicz: Allstate Insurance

I think their customer service was actually ok but when I decided to leave my policy John snapped on me, and screamed at me over the phone. I was completely shocked. Usually I would have reacted but I froze due to the horrific unprofessionalism Ive ever experienced. Furthermore, learned my policy was garbage.

Not very personable in my experience. Did not even try to keep me on as a customer when I found a better policy

I was working with aidy, and she definitely did know what she was doing , if Im being honest Im not sure what was the missed communication there but she never submitted my paperwork so my insurance submission was pending and they said they got a payment for me but I kept on saying it didnt go thru my bank account and they kept assuring me it did, and lastly Allstate canceled my policy On a days notice which John even said himself on the phone was wrong of them! And than aidy insisted on signing me up with arabella who was going to charge me a higher monthly payment rate and a higher down payment aswell , so where was the logic in that. Months before I had contacted them almost every week about my car insurance and they come with this! It was absurd.
