The Bath Showcase

After wasting hours attempting to buy a kitchen faucet for store pickup from Home Depot I researched local plumbing supply stores.  I assumed Bath showcase would offer only high end fixtures (as opposed to single faucet!) but Nick at Bath Showcase was able to find a faucet in my price range.  They had it in stock ready to pick up the next day and I saved $20 over Home Depot. This was a small sale for them but when we decide to remodel kitchen or bath we will contact Nick.  Lesson learned, don't run to big box stores, support local businesses!

This place is a hot mess. I was excited to work with The Bath Showcase after having a positive experience with shower fixtures years ago. They have good brands and the ability to build a good quality semi-custom vanity, which was the reason we went there and we do love our vanity. That's where our positive experience stops. We were refinishing 2 bathrooms completely and needed all new fixtures, etc. At the beginning, it all seemed fine but so slow to get any sort of pricing information, etc. We picked out everything for one of the bathrooms and decided to move forward, I had to practically beg them to take my credit card. Nobody would call me back. This should have been a sign. We were ready to move forward with the second bathroom and thought everything was all set, had everything picked out etc. and it turns out they NEVER ORDERED IT. Looking back - they never even sent us a final invoice after we thought it was all set which should have been a red flag. There were many days when I needed a status on our order and I'd call 4-5 times and nobody would call me back. There were a bunch of other things that happened but no need to beat a dead horse. I really wanted to have a good experience but it just wasn't. I will definitely not work with this company again after having such poor customer service. When you're spending this kind of money on fixtures you expect a least a call back after the 3rd call.
