I have used Boston Best Rate multiple times and they are consistently extremely responsive, thorough, and very careful with everything. My most recent experience with Juan and his team was excellent. I highly recommend them- they go above and beyond.

Juan, Jose and Alex worked diligently to complete the loading and unloading as quickly as possible and were very courteous and eager to help us anyway they could. Careful attention to our items, and willingness to help with item packaging. They communicated well with us to ensure the furniture would go in the new apartment , but never complained when we decided to ask them to move several pieces when we decided another spot was better. We recommend them highly.

Juan & his team were very professional, they did not rush as to not damage anything but kept moving at a pretty fast pace. They got done with three to four guys in 3-4 hrs, what would have taken us three to four days! They were very responsive, call doesn't let us know when they would be arriving & I have nothing but good things to say about them. They did so well and we were impressed that we will be calling them to move our things from the storage unit to the home. We kept commenting to each other the entire time how great they were doing and how great of a choice it was to hire them. So I just wanted to say thanks again Juan to you and your team & if anyone is looking for movers they definitely are a great choice, they know what they're doing- look no further! I gotta say again, we were not familiar with moving new things we had such as a piano & fragile antique furniture, but again Juan made us feel comfortable & assured us they had it & they did!
