Excellent move. Three separate moves in and out of one house, in and out of storage and then into the new house. The team was hardworking, careful and respecting the requirement of the move. Great job by the teams and the pricing was beyond reasonable......well worth it

I've never had a bad experience with Aviv! Their prices are extremely reasonable, they are always on time, courteous, and thorough, and they work to make moves quick and easy (even the time I moved in an ice storm!).

Disclaimer -- we didn't end up moving with Aviv due to last minute change to plans, so this review only covers coordination prior to moving. Aviv movers (and Yaniv specifically) were a pleasure to coordinate with. Their pricing was very transparent and they were more than willing to work with us during the quote phase to get us something that accurately reflected our uncertain and consistently changing move amount. We knew we wanted to sell some furniture prior to moving, but didn't know how much we could sell before our move two weeks later. Yaniv worked with us to provide us some tiers to aim for based on cubic feet, as well as priced out moving to several different locations (storage units, etc). Yaniv responded promptly to all communication over several weeks, professionally and with kindness. Unfortunately, we ended up selling almost all of our furniture and dropped below Aviv's 400 cuft long distance moving threshold. On a Saturday and with just 48 hours before our scheduled move date, we emailed Yaniv and explained that we had to cancel our scheduled move, and understood we would have to surrender our $500 security deposit. Not only did Yaniv and the Aviv team understand our situation and respond professionally and with kindness, they offered to refund us $250 of the $500 deposit due to the complexity of the situation. This was above and beyond and I mention it not to say this is their typical standard that you should count on, but because I want you to understand how great their customer service is. We're incredibly impressed with Aviv, and should we need to move from the New England area any time again, we know who we will be calling. Thank you so much for your kindness and help, Aviv team!

Aviv Moving and Storage handled my move from Billerica to Buzzards Bay on the Cape. They were on time, worked clean, took care of our property as if it was theirs, completely courteous and professional, and came in under budgeted hours and discounted the quote. It was a great job all the way around and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I've use Aviv Moving twice now. I rarely see this quality of work ethic anymore. They show up on time, are pleasant, do the job, and then are off to the next job. No haggling for extra time or fees. No arguments about how to move something or "if it will fit." They just do their job and don't add to the already stressful process of moving. Great Company, Great Crew.
