        I've been going for over a month now to Chained Evolution. I had an idea to get fit and join the unlimited classes , but had no idea how much inspiration and help I would get to keep going to achieve my goals. Audrey and Charles have been instrumental in helping me keep at this journey and I would highly recommend anyone to join this place. A lot of value for the services they provide.

        Audrey has been amazing in helping with my goal to go from hockey mom to hockey player! I signed up for a training plan at Chained Evolution. Audrey sat down with me to get a clear understanding of my goals, took some scans to get an accurate baseline, and created the perfect plan to get me back in the gym lifting like an athlete. Each week, she sent me workouts that I loaded onto the Fitbod app. It was easy to follow and helped me track my progress. At our two week check in, my body fat had gone down! I'm looking forward to my end of month check in and can't believe all of the strides that I have made in strength and performance. The people at Chained Evolution are welcoming, accepting, and really want to help you be the BEST you can be! It's like having your own personal Coach Lasso (minus the southern accent)!

If you are looking for an effective workout or the best products to improve your nutrition, there is no better place in the area. Even if you are looking for a supplement that they don't have, one of the team can either recommend an alternative or do the research to see if they can start ordering that item.

      The CE Team are folks like yourselves with a mission to change the way we KNOW and CARE about our bodies. We wants to be the ones who provide "the information is out there" truths, and help break down and remove a lot of what the media, marketing schemes, and advertisements say is the "ONLY" way to get healthy. What these outlets due to the majority of our bodies is harm the unique composition we are made of, and progress because it's their cookie cutter way to succeed.  We are here to take that mold, destroy it, and build it with a strong foundation designed by YOU. What ultimately happens is a creation and an evolution of health changing results!  Permanently.

       

      Our skills are not built purely from education, degrees, certifications...it is built from EXPERIENCE. We know that true life experiences built from our/others very own struggles is far more impactful. We understand what links us. Whether it is our own health struggles with obesity, anorexia, being underweight, overweight, building muscle, a plateau or a fear by watching those we love struggle and pass away from these struggles...such experiences bring common grounds and us together. At its most natural state, these are the times where the impact speaks louder than anything. That is what drives our passion towards everyone who steps foot into the Chained Evolution. 

       

      For each of our team members our own individual battles gave us that push to discover who we are, and how much more we get to learn. Nothing is more important to us today, than to get other to this journey with themselves. 

       

      We all have a goal and a story why we haven't reached it. What we also have is the ability and willpower to make that happen. This is why we are here, and why we are passionate about helping. When you step foot into the Chained Evolution, you will know we are different...and it is because we put our heart and experiences into everything we do for you. Together, we are stronger.
