*editing my comment* Since I made this review the quality of both the sub and the wing dinner has gotten much better. The size of the wings and consistency of the Italian sub has been great every time I have gone since making that comment. I also noticed that they increased the price of only the Italian sub from their main ordering website. I feel like that was personal ;) I change my review to 5 of 5 stars. These people are very genuine and definitely put a lot of love into their work. *Old comment* I've been going here since I moved to Waltham. Was always very happy with the food. Tonight I ordered what I usually order, large Italian sub and order of chicken wings. Both items were substantially less portion than they ever have been. Yes I got six wings like usual but they must have been baby chickens because they were so small. The Italian sub was also much smaller. I'm not sure if they gave me a small by accident but I was very displeased with the amount of food I got compared to what I used to get. It really upsets me this was one of my favorite places but I just can't order from here if the portions are going to be this small. I understand times are tough but tonights meal was very sad. I hope they see this and reflect upon it. Until then I will have to go elsewhere.

I personally like to order from here, their food is amazing, but the lady who answers the phone is not. This time I decided to place an order online to be delivered from THEIR website. I ordered a steak and cheese, She called me screaming at me saying who pays 8.00 for a sandwich? to which I responded you, because that is what your website states. She proceeded to scream she was only going to put steak in my sandwich because theres no way im letting you slide with paying 8.00 for a sandwich and not pay for cheese. Im sorry but its literally called a steak and cheese ? She purposely made the sandwich VERY salty. I couldnt even eat it. Also as if im the one who put the price on THEIR website. To top it off she didnt put any cheese in my steak and cheese. Im sorry but if youre having pricing issues, and you see the order is coming from online, check your website before you decide to call a customer screaming. Whoever that lady is, you are very inconsiderate, rude & very miserable.
