      image I just spoke with Katie in customer service and was shocked at how rude she was. We let them know our heat was broken and that we wouldnt be home that day but to coordinate with our superintendent and apparently that was offensive and they didnt have time to call around a million people. And then the second time I called her tone was aggressive and sarcastic and she transferred me to someone else the minute she knew who I was, and the second rep Ryan actually hung up on me. Shockingly bad and very unprofessional. I dont recommend anyone work with this company.
