When I first saw the place I fell in love with it immediately.. all of my paperwork was done I was all packed and ready to move in with my children and then at the last minute the rent went up so that my section 8 voucher couldnt cover it made me feel like I wasnt welcomed and kicked out after telling me I was approved and my voucher covered the first given price of the rent.. why go up on the rent if the first price was approved I feel like thats a way of kicking out people with section 8 and this all happened right after having a stillborn baby

We lived there for 2.5 years and we really enjoyed it. The maintenance team is great (very efficient on snow days!), the pool is great and by far the best part: the patio!

The only thing good about this community is their maintenance team. The team is great and resolves any issues you've had promptly. The worst thing about this community is that you'll have to call for maintenance a lot!!! I was there for barely 11 months and I'm fortunate enough that my lease was not longer than that.
In the first 9 months of living there, I had water damage in my apartment every 3 months. The sewage systems had clogged and sewage water had gotten into my apartment. Every time all of my living room was filled with sewage water. Each time the carpets were replaced which took about 2-3 days in total. After getting frustrated and sending an email to the community email address, I was promised that community manager would reach out to me but I never heard from her. Another issue I faced was that there was a weird and loud noise that would come from the vents (any time of the day and night). The maintenance team couldn't figure out what the issue was and for some reason they were scared to go into the upstairs neighbors apartment (I had pointed out that I could associate that loud noise with some activity on the floor above). The noise issue was not fixed until I left the place.
The rents are in general similar to other communities. But other communities seem better. I've always gotten a very high electricity and water bill so I assume the appliances and water systems aren't that efficient.
Also they had hiked my rent by about 13%. This rent increase was kinda nail in the 'poor living experience' coffin for me.
To summarize, I wish I had not chose this community. I'd not like living at this community ever again.

DO NOT rent here if you plan on buying a house!!. I've lived here for almost 5 years saving to buy a home. I finally purchased a home and advised the leasing office that I will be moving out. They are requiring 2 additional months rent plus 1 more for breaking the lease. So 10k plus just to move out. They do not care about their tenants. Only the almighty dollar!!
