I have been using Lamacchia Property Management for about 5yrs now. They have managed multiple properties for me in various locations and have been nothing short of extremely professional, timely and diligent. Their staff and team are quick to respond to any issues that arise and treat all of my tenants with polite respect. They procure excellent tenants and go above and beyond when handling any situations that may arise. The in-house maintenance staff does quality work when needed and they have wonderful contacts when work needs to be outsourced. The peace of mind that Angela and her team give me knowing that they are on point ever time is something I would recommend to any rental owner.
