The initial sales reps were great in pointing out the issues with my roof as well as taking pictures and getting up into the attic to check everything out. Great job by them in explaining everything and putting things in motion. The work crew showed up early on the day of installation and definitely worked hard to remove the old shingles. However, when I noticed they started to put on the new shingles, they did not take out the old roof exhaust fan that was stated would be removed on the original contract that I had signed. I stopped the head guy, who was the only one who seemed to speak English, and asked that he call the install manager to verify that the exhaust fan was to come out and roof boarded up in its place. That did not happen as agreed and he did not confirm or say anything about it after the roof was completed. He just gave me the paperwork and asked me to sign. I'm not sure if it was a communication issue, since he confirmed he would call, or just decided that it wasn't worth the extra work. There was no one from Erie to came to do a final inspection on completion so I signed after checking the attic space myself. But, since it was completed after dark, I was unable to see the hole in my front siding that was new as well as some nails in the driveway, which luckily I did not drive over. The roof is repaired, looks good, and won't leak from the peak cap, but I'm only giving 4 stars due to the items mentioned above.

The Erie sales team and the install team were informative, professional and very efficient replacing my shingle roof with my metal roof. The Erie team deserves 10 stars for their time and dedication to my property. My home looks amazing and I know it will for the next 50 years or more. I would highly recommend Erie for the quality of my metal roof, my gutters and the outstanding team of workers.

They stripped the old roof off and installed a beautiful fiberglass shingle roof that makes our house pop. With snow on the ground and cold days the installation was completed in 2 days. The installer management were on top of everything and they made me feel that they really cared about my home. You can pay less but remember you get what you pay for. Quality products and workmanship is what we expect, they delivered for us.

We had Erie come out and strip the many layers of shingles off our house and replace with a new fiberglass shingle roof. They were able to complete the work in two days. There was a bit of a miscommunication on one part of our roof - we are planning on some renovations down the line which would require us to have a ridge vent, currently it doesnt need it. They came back to next day to discuss the issue and promptly scheduled them to return and fix it. They were very attentive and Im sure it will be done to our satisfaction.
