The employees here are not helpful at all. They have an attitude and are not respectful at all. Whats the point of customer service when you cant help? You might as well run a contactless service.

The Manager here, Matt, is awesome! Always helps me out and spends the time to find the most cost effective option for me to get my package to the destination on time!

The manager there Matt is friendly, helpful, and even funny! It's the second time he has assisted me and each time, makes it a great experience. Delighted my day with a fun joke and never is above his title as manager. I respect and applaud his hard work. Great self service kiosk too for convenience. Clean store. I don't know what others complain about here. I've come here dozens of times and every time Matthew, the manager is there to help and get to customers as quickly as he can. If he is tied up, its only because one of his coworkers is tying him up but that is only a few minutes tops.

MAIN ISSUE however you look at it.This place has computers that will freeze on you while its taking money from your bank account. Then when you tell the manager Matt he will have to do something about this issue or bring it up in meetings to discuss this problem because its frustratinghe tells you Well I cant fix it tonight. Quite frankly, I was the one who waited not only yesterday but the day before to resolve this issue with you. I am the one who shouldve been sarcastic - NOT YOU ! You need to be EXTREMELY careful how you speak with people regardless of the situation. I will repeat again, be careful how you speak. Take a step back and switch shoes with people. I am not here to try to bash you in any way because you are human and have blood flowing through your veins just like the rest of us but you KNEW you shouldve responded differently but DIDNT. Highly unprofessional ! WASTE OF MY TIME AND ENERGY ! NEVER AGAIN.

I would like to give a shoutout to store manager Matt. Today I witnessed one of the most unreasonable, obnoxious customers Ive ever seen. For some reason she needed to pick up a package in her name, but had no official photo ID she could use to pick up the package. FedEx policy will not allow her to pick something up without proper photo ID. Matt doesnt make the rules, and would not defy the rules despite being belittled and insulted for about 15 straight minutes. But in terms of my experience he was very helpful, even advising me to repack my package into a fedex small box so I could save money on shipping and have a better chance that my package would arrive in time for Christmas. Thank you for your help! I dont know how you handle such abuse with such patience! FedEx, if anybody gets Christmas bonuses, please send some to the employees at this location!
