Re-adding my 1 star review to warn people off of this horrible company. Don't call unless you want weird sexual innueneo followed by a distinct lack of taxi.

I wish I could put no stars. Very bad customer service. I asked where they were and imiddiatley gave me a very disrespectful tone yelling over the phone no wonder these can companies are going out of business. They have horrible timing and customer service. I do not recommend.

Horrible! So rude and unprofessional. I called for a pick up from Mass General and right after I said my location, the dispatcher hung up the phone, without confirming my pick up. I called again to make sure that the reservation was made, and he yelled at me and said I needed to ''calm down.'' Never again!

Please don't use this taxi. the driver is so RUDE and they are unprofessional.
