I called S&W Tile after we discovered our shower was leaking. Wes was sympathetic and explained what he needed to provide an estimate. Throughout the process, Wes responded quickly to any questions I had (even when he was on vacation!). When it was time for the work to begin, Wes arrived promptly and was always friendly. He was good about communicating the issues he was finding and what my options were. Wes worked quickly and the shower looks great! Wes and Joe just rebuilt our leaking shower from the ground up. Wes asked us to provide an honest review, and we wish to highlight the following points: Wes is a planner, detail oriented and meticulous. He strives for perfection. An example of that is that when the job was done, Wes went out of his way to tell me what to do if we saw any pinholes in the grout. So far, we have not seen any. Both Wes and Joe are great guys, they are friendly, helpful and considerate of our opinions. They come when they say they will come, work all day without breaks, and clean up when the day is over.
