Jeff Fisher Windows

We used Fisher windows to replace about half of the windows in our 100 year old home and we couldnt be happier. The first meeting with Kevin to decide what windows would be best was easy and pressure free. Dennis was great at being flexible with scheduling the job and answering all the questions we had. Then the installation crew of Paolo and Dominic were fantastic. They showed me the installation process and were thorough with the work. They provided excellent service in a timely way, even when my job was very challenging and what should have taken a week or two turned into two years. Throughout the process they showed ongoing professionalism, patience, and were just wonderful to work with in general. It's been several years since Jeff's team replaced our windows. Since then, we've had a few minor issues, and Jeff and his team have been responsive and honored their warranty without hassle. The windows are of the quality that I expected based on what I was sold, and I remain satisfied with the overall experience. Recommended.

I hired Jeff and his crew to replace eleven old windows with Marvin Ultimate Next Generation 2.0 Double Hung windows and Marvin Ultimate Next Generation 2.0 Casement windows. Jeff was really easy to work with from beginning to end. He showed up on time to our scheduled appointments, he was quick to provide a detailed estimate, his crew showed up on time the day of the window replacement, the work was done with little-to-no-mess, and when the crew mistakenly installed the two casement windows so they opened in the wrong direction, they acknowledged the error, and switched the windows without any pushback.
