I had a nagging pain in my right bicep that wouldn't go away. No one was entirely sure what was causing it, or what the fix was. I was also suffering from some unpleasant shin splints from running and jumping rope. All I was told was to stop working out... I get too much enjoyment and health benefits out of exercising to take a significant amount of time off, just to see if these issues would just go away on their own. Figured I would give this a try as I was pretty sure it couldn't make it worse. One treatment and the pain in both my bicep and my shins was reduced by 80%. Amazing to say the least. I don't really understand the science behind acupuncture, but there's clearly something to it. Looking forward to my next treatment. Metrowest has made me a believer in acupuncture!
