OMG a company that actually calls you back in the event of an emergency. I texted the company at 830pm and they answered me back within a few minutes. They called me the next day sent them pictures of my leaking hot water tank and by mid day it was replaced by their top notch crew. Thanks Josh we need more people like you and your company.

Above & Beyond recently just installed a new water heater for me. Josh was very quick to give me a call back when I first inquired for a quote. He gave me 3 different options on what would work best and was very responsive to any questions I had. He was able to send 2 guys out a few days later, Mike & Phil were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They wasted no time, were in and out in a few hours and kept me posted throughout the whole process. Any future plumbing needs, we will most definitely be using Above & Beyond again.

I used Josh for two jobs, a water heater, and a leaking shower at an apartment I own. He could have made a big deal out of the shower leak and replaced the faucet, but instead Josh replaced the valve stem in short order. Josh noticed one of the water heaters was leaking in the basement and offered a fair estimate. Both jobs were done quite promptly and with great courtesy.
