        Absolutely terrible service. Ive used Terminex in two different states and never had trouble before now. We signed up for quarterly service with an appointment window from 8-10am. At 7pm the night before were told it would instead be 1-3pm. We change our schedules to accommodate and wait the two hours only to be told at 3 it would be 4pm. We call to cancel our quarterly schedule but stress we want to keep the initial preventative treatment in place. Five minutes before they are scheduled to arrive we get a notification that they cancelled the entire service and the next soonest they can come is three days later. No response when we reached out to the technician for clarification. There is zero communication there and wild incompetence.
