I love Nick and would highly recommend him! Here is why: I came down from Boston to Central MA to visit my parents for Easter. I came up on Saturday afternoon because I wanted to help them with a few things around the house. My parents are in their 80's so I thought it would be great idea to install some safety features in their shower like grab bars, a seat and a shiny new assessable shower head. After dinner around 7pm I went into my parents shower fully prepared to make them proud and went to work. Everything was going smooth as silk and I was about to proudly present my handy work to my parents when tragedy struck. I went to take off the old shower head and I managed to not only get off the shower head, but also rip the pipe right out of the wall so now there was no shower pipe to put the shower head on. I stood there for a few minutes knowing my options were few. It was Easter Eve at 7:45pm and I had to walk into the living room and tell my parents that none of us would be able to shower on Easter morning. There really is nothing like that look you get from your parents when they still aren't sure they wanted to have you. I then went back in the bathroom and stared at the hole left in the wall for a good 5 minutes. When that didn't fix it, I got on the phone. I called 4 companies including Roto-router that stated they did 24 hour service, but of course it was Easter in a few hours and everyone was booking out until Monday. Finally on the 5th call I admitted defeat and made an appointment for Monday morning. Soon after that I was scrolling down google and noticed yet another 24 hr company and called. It was Nowak Plumbing. When no one picked up the phone, I sent a text not expecting a reply and to my surprise Nick got right back. I couldn't believe my luck! He then called to discuss the issue and he was at my parents house installing a new pipe within a 1/2 hour. It was an Easter miracle and Nick had it fixed by 9:30pm. I then got to go tell my parents that it was fixed and I went from zero to Easter hero in no time :) Nick was super nice, professional and great to work with. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Did I pay a premium for 8pm service on Easter Eve?? Of course I did! And I would do it again for such service. PRO TIP: If you want to save money, do not attempt to "improve" your parents 120 year old plumbing on a weekend, holiday eve. Do it on a Tuesday afternoon instead. Not only will you save money, but you will avoid that disappointed look on your parent face.

I can not say enough about Nick Nowak! His fast response to my message for help with my boiler could not have been any better! He was professional and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend Nick and his team for all of your plumbing needs!

Nick and his team installed a new water heater for us this weekend and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Nick was prompt in his response to our inquiry, extremely knowledgeable in what we needed and was able to get the job done within 5 days of contacting him. Nick and his team arrived exactly when they said they would, said it would take an hour and right to the minute was done with an hour and without cutting corners. They even hauled the old water heater away for us. I will definitely contact Nowak Plumbing in the future when we need another job done!

I cannot recommend Nowak Plumbing enough! Nick helped Damon and I out with our water heater at night when we were 2 days into having no hot water.. Came to our rescue when neither of us could figure out a damn pilot light! Thank you again Nick!!!
