I had an interior detail of my 10 year old car and it looks like new! I was so surprised when I found out they even cleaned my wheels and gave it a wash. I can't say enough about how great they were. They are also very reasonably priced.

Highly Recommend! The team at Details Etc. could not have been better to work with for the detailing on our Passat. We hired them to do a complete detail, as well as refurbish two very badly curbed wheels - they were fast to get me a quote for both, and worked to find a time to get both services completed in one day. When I picked up the car, I could not believe how well they were able to restore it to showroom condition. The wheels look like new, and even minor scratches over the body of the car were erased by their detailing work. The attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service make us excited to use them for any future detailing work. Worth every penny! Service: Auto detailing

Very disappointed-I had booked an appointment with them last minute and was grateful they were able to take me so quickly. I just just bought a used car and wanted it to look brand new. However, when I picked up my car I was shocked to see what a mediocre job was done. I paid $300 for a "Complete" detail and though the outside looked great, the interior had many missed spots. The nooks and crannies of the car were ignored and little effort was made to get into the small (but reachable) crevices. One of the back windows was all smudged, and the glove box was still filthy from the previous owner. I could have saved $300 and did it myself, still getting a better result. When I walked in to pay the entire place smelled like marijuana. After reaching out to Eddie he stated the marijuana smell is left from other cars being cleaned. I also emailed him with pictures and he has ignored me- it's been a week and a half and I still haven't heard a reply. I've uploaded pictures of the back window smudges, glove box dirt/dust, and the gear knob with debris. Don't waste your time or money here!!!
