Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein LLP

I have used this firm for years. I disagree with the reviewer below. They have always given me a breakdown of fees. The firm has been attentive and listened to my questions and concerns. They have been honest dependable and had the ability to think out of the box. I have used them for medical, real estate, business etc. They have attorneys who specialize in certain aspects of the law. I have used: Sol Cohen Andrew Hyams Andra Hutchins Steve Coren I would recommend everyone of the above!!! When dealing with stressful situations it is nice to have someone who understands the law but also understands that you may not be at your best. They are able to counsel you through trying times and give sound legal advice. What more could you ask for?

I used Attorney Sol Cohen for a real estate purchase and I had no complaints, in fact I would say he did an above average job compared to the 25 other closings I have done in the last 10 years. After closing I tried to get a hold of him multiple times to help with a related matter and he ghosted me. Replied once saying he was OOO and would respond Monday when he was back, but then nothing. I emailed him about 5-6 times and called the office. This is not how I do business and its unfortunate this is how its turned out.

Attorney Steven Coren of Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein has represented me since late March 2020. He is the best lawyer I have ever retained. Highly skilled and knowledgeable, he was quick to take effective action, advocate successfully for me, and bring my case to its best possible conclusion. He cares about the welfare of the client, and clarifies his plans for the client. He informs the client about every relevant action before it is taken, and, if necessary, explains why an action is the best possible move. He is prompt, and consistently responsive. I have already referred a number of people to Attorney Coren. The staff at Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein have been friendly, competent and extremely helpful. My attorney for my divorce was Steve Coren. If I could provide a lower grade, I would. Bad advice in the courtroom, lack of response in returning phone calls, a delay in creating a temporary order for parenting time. An $8 charge for parking on a day when I didn't even meet with him on that particular day. He had been referred by a trusted friend who knew of him by reputation. The reality has been a nightmare that has continued for 14 months because of the damage done by having this man as my attorney for the first six weeks.
