Pure Glow

I came to Pure Glow for infrared sauna. I came here in the afternoon on a Sunday so it was really busy. However, there was only one person working the entire place for several people booked for spray tan. I only booked infrared sauna so the woman working checked me in, showed me the area downstairs. The sauna looked like it is still pretty new and its the Sunlighten brand which is a brand I've enjoyed in the past. Even though the place was really busy for the spray tans, the sauna is downstairs, so I had the whole sauna area to myself which was amazing! I think its nice they have the sauna separate downstairs since its pretty busy with people coming in and out upstairs. The towels were beautiful quality and with each session they provide a towel and an entire bottle of Essentia water - complementary! Thank you! Some issues that came up before and after my session. There was no information available on the website as to pricing for the sessions. I had to email someone to find out. I was not able to book a session on the website I had to email someone to figure that out. I just checked the website and the section for booking does seem to work now. At the end of my session, the person working was so busy with clients for spray tan I had to wait 15 minutes to pay. Then the system to pay wasn't working due a technical issue. In the end, they did not charge me due to the inconvenience which I really appreciated. The woman working that day was incredibly kind and trying so hard to do a good job. It was not her fault, it was just too busy that day for one person. Hopefully, she can have someone help her on the weekends or have more support in some way in the future.

Absolutely obsessed! I worked with Kayla and everything was so clean and easy. She walked me through everything and made sure I fully understood what to expect for after care as well! 10/10 recommend for anybody looking for a good tan, especially for prom and graduation. Looks so natural and not orange at all. Love that is is good for me as well!

Horrible customer service. Wouldnt accommodate me when I had to reschedule to go to urgent care. You cant get anyone by phone only text and they either use bots or are awful people. Service: Spray tanning
