We had the street lights out on our street for months, it wasn't a big deal when the days were longer, now when it is dark in the morning, I am concerned about hitting a walker backing out of my driveway. I called and asked that the light bulbs were replaced, but I was told that they didn't have light bulbs in stock and the rep had no idea when they would have them... offering to transfer me to someone else, she just hung up on me... Great service, what can I say...

Westfield gas and electric has been rather uncooperative with helping families of the deceased get proper billing in order and demand late fees for Westfield G&E's "oversight"
