We began to work with Alex to develop our scope and design our space to achieve our desired outcome. We could write volumes about Alex and his company that from day one through today (yes, we have now used him for multiple projects – with more in the making…), Alex has been a consummate professional, extremely patient and caring (often times challenged by our many course direction changes..) and always responsive to changes on the fly, updating designs, submitting “reasonable” change orders and delivering on the promise. We should also mention their respect and caring for the owner’s property during construction as if it was their own. Ultimately our relationship with Alex and his team of dedicated, master professional and personable workers and staff is more like family than contractor-customer.
