        The worst thing about Fall River school transportation is a total failure, they do not answer calls and many of the drivers seem to be indisposed to be able to pick up the children.

        Never had a problem with this bus company until this year it's been a nightmare so far. Bus has been unreliable at times and bus monitor Lisa has a terrible personality she has nothing but complaints about my son whom has been praised by the previous buses that he was the first and last drop off and was always great on the bus.At this point I really feel that it's personal she doesn't even say hi or bye to our son and something has to be done This bus company really needs to get better kid friendlier drivers and monitors for the sake and safety of all of the kids.
