        I’m a homeowner and have been to this development on a number of occasions. I watched the oven door fall off twice. Apparently this had been the 4th time it had fallen off. I’ve witnessed maintenance come to fix the oven on one occasion. Two days later I watched it fall off again with limited movement. Clearly it’s a fire hazard and now the resident is fearful of even trying to use the oven. Why won’t they just replace the oven? Tenants should not have to deal with these kinds of issues! This is just one of many disastrous issues. I would never recommend that anyone moves into this development. There are other developments that seem to manage property in a more ethical, healthy way.
