I was referred to Steve for my driver side window when it was vandalized and smashed in. I'm 55 and have never had anything like this happen nor have I ever had an accident. I didn't know how to handle it. A section of the window rail was damaged as well. Steve took lead and walked me through the process. Steve had to order parts, but I was able to use my Van because Steve put an adhesive plastic see through film over the opening. What impressed me was that he fit it so it was snug and completely formed to the complete shape of the window so there was almost no loosness in it at all, so when I drove down the road it made almost no noise. He got the job done the day the parts came in, and I was back driving the next day. Total turn around time with ordering, shipping and installation was about a week. Other Autobody shops told me it could take 2 weeks if everything went smoothly. I believe with all things considered, Ranelli Autobody would be the place I'd recommend somebody use.
