Went it 20 minutes before closing, did not appreciate the way I was spoke to. Did not appreciate the security guard following me around the store, when they are usually stationed at the main door. I really enjoy this store, but wow horrible treatment, I know not everyone likes when folks come in 20 minutes before closing but the truth is you are still open. Accept it.

The lady that helped me was spectacular. She suggested an product that I had used in the past and loved. Bobbi brown makeup is definitely the best. It lasts all day.

Apparently, when you do a curbside pick up, they need every firm of confirmation. I tried picking up an order for my mother. We have the same last name. I showed her her license, my license. Everything. And it still wasn't good enough for them to give us our order. They said call customer service No Ulta has ever done this to me before. I will never be returning to this one. And the lady behind me, they wouldn't give her order either.
