Super informative and enjoyable! Chris, the instructor was great - buttoned up, extremely knowledgeable, and made each part of the training realistic and down to earth. Learned a ton and I'm feeling much more prepared and confident as a result of the training. Thank you!!

One of the worst BLS classes I have attended. I had just gotten out of work and expected the class to start at 9am, however, our instructor said he would only start at 10am. I had other things to do that day so i ended up leaving. The instructor was extremely unprofessional and rude. Yelling saying that the students in the class did not have things to do and making weird noises. Would not recommend.

I think my instructor or teacher or whatever was Alex, idk he was like 65, fun teacher. Loved this class and my 4 hours went by so quick. :) Edited* all of these reviews say better information so my instructor also was very helpful when I got nervous trying cpr on the dummy for the first time, I became very confident in cpr, AED, and first aid learning/practice after that.

Please save your time, money and mental health! I contacted Greater Boston Safety Training to enroll in a CPR course. I enrolled in the wrong course by mistake so I decided to contact them via email to see if I could either transfer to the class I needed or get a refund. They offered me to transfer me to other class (BLS for health provider) which was what I needed at no cost. After they said everything was all set I never got a confirmation email or any other email indicating I was successfully enrolled in that class. After 4 days waiting for details of this class and several emails sent to them, I decided to call them. They did not answered the phone but few minutes later I got a call back. This women I talked to, I explained her that I've been trying to transfer my class to a different class but I did not received any confirmation from it. She transferred me to the class I needed without any issue and said I would get an email confirmation right after. 6 hours later I received a call from the same women saying that she will charge me $40 for transferring me to that class because she claimed that I never reply an email her support staff sent me to get confirmation of the class I was enrolled into. I tried to explained her that was not true and I did not received any feedback from her team in 4 days so I decided to call to make sure I was enrolled in this class. She was very unprofessional and very unclear over the phone. She was trying to charge me $40 after she said it was all set on the previous call. She claimed she was not aware that I already emailed her team about the same issue so she talking to me over the phone was " time, and time was money" for her. So now she would charge me $40 for transferring me or get 75% refund were my only two options. I am glad that I didn't even got the chance to be in that class, just by how they treat their customers and the lack of communication they have on their team it gives a clear understanding that they don't know how to treat people or run a business. I hope people will take their time to read this review and don't make a mistake on taking any class with people that are clearly unprofessional and very rude. They just want to take your money and make more money out of any situation.

I was a student with Greater Boston Safety Training Center. Their WSI was excellent! My Instructor Chris and Deb were very kind in training me and offered a lot of advice on how to improve and be a good WSI. The class was coherent and Chris and Deb were very knowledgeable in what they were teaching me. I would give this company more than 5 stars! I wanted to learn CPR to save a life and they had classes every week that met my schedule needs. My instructor Stacey was a kind and very knowledgeable woman who corrected me when need to provide effective CPR. Thank you GBST!
