        It was an AWFUL experience. DO NOT STAY HERE! I reserved and spent extra for a king-sized bed and when I was checking in they did not have the room available. The next day the cleaning lady just walked into my room! I booked for 2 nights! She claims her phone doesnt tell her. The management needs to train the front desk and cleaning people properly. Absolutely joke staying here. Even today they continuously knocked on my door and disturbed my rest. The front desk knows I have a late checkout. I requested the manager to call me and he never did. This was the most terrible and unprofessional experience I have ever experience from a hotel staff

        This place sucks. The cleaning ladies kept knocking on my door over and over and over trying to get into my room even though I had a late check out. I even checked out early as it was non stop and they just kept saying "we don't see it on our phones, you have to leave the room". Then I had accidentally left my Nintendo Switch in my room as I was quickly hurried out of my room and realized it a few hours later. Oddly enough their phone system was down and could not contact them. When they were finally back up and could talk to someone they told me they couldn't find anything in the room and no one had brought it to the front desk. I want back and talked to the front desk and see if i could look around, but they continued to tell me they had "searched every inch of the room" and wouldn't be necessary. So in short, house keeping probably stole it. Don't stay here if you have things you like, and if you had planned a late check out time.
