        Very poor service, I paid 150 dollars for a consultation with the lawyer Crystal Murillo and she had no idea about anything I asked her, in addition to giving us wrong information. When I called to complain, the man who helped me told me that there was no appointment with the other lawyer and until then, have a good afternoon. No cares about the costumer.

      Hi Maria, Thank you for your review and we're sorry that you had a less than stellar experience with our office. Our office always tries to make sure to speak with potential clients and current clients as long as necessary to answer every and all questions. Unfortunately, please be aware the laws do not always permit a solution in every case or in the speed the client prefers. This is something even outside our control and all we can do is advise and help navigate the system with our clients. During your consultation yesterday, you and your family were offered multiple opportunities to ask questions and were even provided with the attorney's direct email address in case you had any questions after the consultation was over. We ended the call only once you indicated that you had no more questions. When you called our office today indicating you had unanswered questions, you were provided the opportunity to meet with same attorney again, the same day, or wait until another attorney became available on a future date. You declined both. We invite you to speak with us again so that we may resolve any lingering doubts about any potential immigration solutions. Please reach out again and we can arrange a follow up call with whichever attorney here you prefer to speak with.
