        Been shopping at Russell Farms for 30 years. Always have a great experience. The owners and staff are always wonderful. The mulch, cords or wood, Christmas trees & decor, flowers, and fresh fruits & vegetables selections are exceptional. Thank you for making our community a better place!

        Every times that I have called / visited Russell Farms I was treated with respect and answers to my questions understood. I also think they have good quality products from firewood to gardening crops as well.

        Have used Russell Farms the last two years for my fall yard cleanups. The crews are always polite and do a thorough job in a timely manner. I have a significant amount of trees surrounding my property and the crews clean all corners of my lot and remove the leaves and debris completely .It makes my Spring yard prep a breeze the following season. The price is also extremely reasonable for the amount of work performed. I would highly recommend their yard services and will continue to have them back every fall.

      Jeanne, we apologize your not happy and felt the need to run to google for something so simple, our cashier tried to help you by naming off the types of trees when you told her you were looking for "a short needle tree", in this case a simple hold on would have been impossible as the prices vary from tree to tree and we have hundreds of trees to choose from, not to mention you did not even know what species of tree you were looking for, per our policy we do not give tree prices over the phone, they are all priced if you would like to come and take a look, I know you stated it was too cold for you to go outside but given the amount of trees we have available, it is in YOUR best interest to come and find the "short needled" tree you are looking for that way there is no misunderstanding in pricing, I also apologize if you confused customer service with catering, she did her best to help you considering YOU did not know the type of tree you were looking for and you were still not satisfied. if you like you can call and ask to speak to the manager, I will be more than happy to speak to you.
