Chris helped me on a mortgage in March of '20. I was a first time homebuyer and he made the whole process easy. The Covid panic was in full swing right before closing and I was getting cold feet. Chris very calmly walked me through the logic of the transaction and helped me weigh the various benefits and potential downsides of closing. Being in sales I recognized I was slightly difficult through the end of the buying process, but Chris stayed calm and incredibly professional through closing and after the purchase was made. Highly recommend Chris and his team. They are efficient, easy to work with made the right calls, and set accurate expectations every step of the way. Would especially recommend for first time homebuyers who may be more unfamiliar with the process.
