        I wanted this experience to be great but unfortunately the store was extremely unorganized and frustrating. There were pallets everywhere dated over a week old that had not been put on the shelf, others partially dug through and items thrown everywhere. The staff we spoke to were friendly and acknowledged the issue, but that didn't help us find the sizes we needed which could very well have been on those pallets. In the end it was a wasted 3 hour round trip that resulted in us ordering on Amazon. I wanted this experience to be great but unfortunately the store was extremely unorganized and frustrating.         I went in needing a new helmet and gloves. The guys seemed nice and friendly. I did get to try on an Icon helment which I was curious about. I have to say that 50% of the store was on the floor. Things were not on hangers or piled up on top of racks, gloves were tough to look through as there was no order to how they were displayed. Items were still in shipping boxes on the floor ready to rummage through... it reminded me of Filenes Basement back in the day... was it invintory day and i just happened to see the worst of it? Anyway, I dont get it... I left to shop elsewhere. I went in needing a new helmet and gloves. The guys seemed nice and friendly. I did get to try on an Icon helment which I was curious about.
