At first, we wanted to rent our place and asked Juan and the PMI team for their property management services. But we quickly realized that we actually wanted to sell instead and Juan was able to help us with that too! Juan and his team have a one stop shop solution for anyone who is looking to either rent, sell or buy a property. We were first time home sellers and we immediately trusted Juan who made the process extremely smooth and seamless! Juan's professionalism and client-centric approach was very convincing to us. I highly recommend using PMI if you are looking for a broker or a property management company in the Boston area. Everything was perfect and I would definitely use them again if I had to buy or sell a house again!

PMI is illegally charging late fees. They charge a 25 late fee on the 15th of the month even though the HOA agreement is 30 days. They also put fake reviews to get high ratings.

This is the poorest excuse for a management company. They dont return phone calls, texts or emails. They claim online they have an office in Woburn. THE OFFICE DOES NOT EXSIST! Its a lie. Go and see. They have no office to answer the phone so they outsource the call line to the Philippines, yes you heard me correct, the Philippines. When I asked the owner why this is, she responded, its cheaper there is zero communication with this so called company!
