Emergency Response Training

Terrible customer service. I had missed my training, called their office, left emails, left voicemails but never got a call back. Eventually, I was able to Get a hold of them to reschedule the training course. They said I cannot get a refund, nor can I reschedule my training. They expected me to pay the fees again, after taking my funds and kept my money. Spoke with the manager who was just as rude as Robert. Do not recommend, save your money and go some where else!!! Good luck!!

My husband and I took CPR/AED/First Aid with Joe. It was my husband's first time going through the program, but my 6th or 7th time taking this to renew my certification. In all the times I have been certified, no class or skill session has been as in-depth and thorough as this one. I certainly feel more prepared to be able to respond than I ever have, even having gone through previous trainings to be a first responder at a chemical plant. Highly recommend!

The staff were very responsive to questions before the class. The class was very thorough with lots of takeaways. There was also a lot of hands on training and high-quality training aids. I will return for more training and will refer friends.

Joe was thorough, straightforward, informative, and funny..his experience really showed and provided plenty of real world examples to help bring the information home.

We took the ERT Family and Friends CPR class yesterday and Joe was a great instructor! It ended up being a private class, which was great since we were running really late! Joe was flexible and helped us learn the essentials, while also answering lots of questions specific to our family. Highly recommend!
