Clean & roomy facility with an indoor playground. Our son loves his school. Lots of windows & natural light. They play jazz music & he dances w/ scarfs:)
InBloom is family!!! Truly! Wonderful staff and they LOVE our child. Great communication w/ everyone & they support community outings & parent training to help facilitate a successful relationship to our nonspeaking autistic child.

With all due respect, this business is far from professional if said person to respond to reviews has a Snapchat Bitmoji profile picture. The ideology surrounding this company is concerning and raises a lot of red flags. I wouldn't recommend anyone bringing her/his kid/kids to this faade.

As the parent of an autistic child, I was initially apprehensive about seeking out ABA therapy for my child. However, after doing some research and hearing positive feedback from other parents, I decided to give it a try.
I am so glad that I did. The InBloom center that we chose has been absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, the staff was kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to listen to our concerns and goals for my child, and developed a customized treatment plan that was tailored to my child's specific needs.
The BCBA and RBT who work with my child are highly trained and skilled in ABA therapy, and they have a genuine passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential. They use evidence-based techniques to teach our child important skills and behaviors, and they provide us with regular progress reports so that we can track our child's progress.
Since starting ABA therapy, we have seen tremendous growth and development in our child. Our child's communication and social skills have improved significantly, and they are now able to complete tasks and follow routines more independently.
Overall, we are extremely happy with InBloom we have chosen, and we would highly recommend them to any other parents of autistic children who are looking for a supportive, effective, and compassionate therapy program.

I called this morning to find out if they had occupational service and other services provided just like the Wisconsin location. The person that answered the phone and said her name was (Kadijah), she was extremely rude. She asked me for my zip code and I gave it to her and then she keep questioning how far I live and how unethical it is to drive an hour away Monday Thru Friday and went on and on about how far it is. She never answered my question and her attitude was the worse. We as parents are calling to your center because we want you to provide a service for our kids, the first thing we look at is the customer service provided over the phone or in person and if that is not up to a standard then guess what? your clients will head on to the next one. Some one needs to talk to this front desk because is not professional at all to be rude to a parent that is only looking for support. We already have a lot on our plate with the situation we are going through and the ABA center should be a place of comfort and support not a place where we get more frustrated and discourage. She need training on how to talk to parents and overall customer service. Hope this is read by the right person and take action.
