Junction Shop Lofts

I have lived at JSL for almost 8 years and love it! The area is calm and quiet- youll forget that youre in downtown Worcester! The new management in the leasing office is incredible. Maintenance is quick to respond and helpful. People here will get to know each other. I cant say enough good things. If youre looking for somewhere to live pop in and visit Tabitha shell hook you up!

This place is an absolute gem in the middle of Worcester. The units are open concept with tall ceilings, huge windows, central air, and brand new appliances. Outside there is plenty of parking in the lots, the staff is awesome, helpful and responsive, and the public spaces and hallways are always clean. I moved into a one bedroom originally and when it was time to upgrade to a larger space staff made it easy to transfer my lease and everything else over to my new unit.

Maintenance staff shows up drunk and is aggressive towards residents and their guests, specifically the Maintenance tech with glasses.

While some of the poorer reviews may raise concern, I can say that I have yet to experience a lot of the negativity that is listed out in those reviews. Ive been here for 9 months now and Im already excited to renew my lease in a couple months! This place has a TON to love! Beautiful apartments - Yup! Super close to downtown and walking distance to Polar Park - Check Incredible management team in the front office - Tabitha and Claudia are always on top of anything I need! Dog friendly with a massive dog park on site - full of some of the most friendly and playful dogs every day! Maintenance - always super quick with a fix whenever theres one needed (which hasnt been often at all!). Things may not have been great in the past, but a lot has definitely changed here and changed for the better. Dont hesitate to consider this property for your next living space!

I cannot say enough great things about The Junction Shop Lofts and the staff there. Shoutout to Tabitha, Claudia, Nick, Nick, Chris and the rest of the leasing office and building staff crew!! Im not exaggerating when I say they have saved my life many times lol. I moved here from NY with my two dogs and it has been nothing short of a wild ride and I honestly dont know if I would have made it very long if I didnt end up at the JSL with these kind and amazing people going out of their way to help me overcome all the bad luck Ive encountered. Not to mention this is the most beautiful apartment Ive ever lived in with giant windows for sunlight, multiple dog parks stocked with supplies, and all the awesome amenities that bring the residents together which has allowed me to start making connections in my new home state right from the start. THANK YOU to all the staff at the Junction Shop Lofts, I am so grateful and happy to call this my new home!! ~LF
