SIMPLY. THE. BEST. It is rare to find a company that shows such expertise, professionalism, and respect to their customers. Called on a saturday, got through to the company, and discussed my fridge problem. With a few questions, we figured out what was wrong, and rapidly identified the best solution. Mind you this was on a SATURDAY! I will 100% use this company for all of my appliance needs. Thanks Washer Wizzards for reminding me that old fashioned customer service is not extinct. Its true ! When they say their very rude and have audacity text me back through their personal number all rude!!!! Also my daughters witnesses the whole conversation had on speaker too! Never raised my voice at this man ! Very disrespectful

Set up an appointment for 1pm for when I would be home. Owner showed up at 12 and refused to work until I got in so I could sign off; fine no problem. I get home he tells me whats wrong explained it well gave me my options. Told me he would come up for model number to order part I asked him to wear a mask. He then told me I was just in your home w/out 1 and tells me if I have to wear one you need to wear one. Its not like I told the man if youre not vaccinated you cant come in or anything Im not forcing any personal views. I asked a man who services multiple homes to wear a mask his co worker had no problem but the owner is very rude/nasty with no professionalism. In the end I cussed and was just as nasty if not more. In a dying industry where I can buy a fridge for the price of a piece that needs to be ordered one would think what the owner would be a little more courteous. Service: Refrigerator repair
