I live in Worcester Ma. Anyway, last week our Hotpoint washing machine suddenly stopped agitating the clothes during the wash cycle, and the spin cycle also stopped functioning. The dishwasher was purchased less than 3 years ago, so I felt it would be best to repair it, as long as it was affordable and practical to do so. I really did not have a "go to" repair person, so I decided to search the web for an appliance repair service. During my web search, I came across the JM Appliance Repair Service website. After reading many reviews, I found that virtually all the customer reviews were excellent! And in fact, most of those who submitted a review of JM, scored his repair service a 5! In fact, JM Appliance Repair Service Scored a 4.9 overall, which I consider to be very rare in any customer service business. So, I was immediately convinced that JM Appliance Repair might be my best option. So on the website, In the request service tab, I left a message describing the issue (which by the way is very user friendly), and within 90 minutes, I received a return phone call from James (the repair specialist and self-employed owner). James asked me to explain the problems I was experiencing with the washing machine, and amazingly offered to come by withing the half hour to check it out. However, since at the time, I was out to eat, I asked him if he could stop by the next day (Thursday), to check it out. He said, that was fine and he would be at my home by 12 noon. Well, on Thursday he was there at 11:55 am, and immediately started his work to address the issue. Less than 50 minutes later, James had discovered the problem, but explained that the part I needed to repair the washing machine (was a rare piece), but he would order one immediately, and told me the part would likely be in by the following Tuesday. As it turns out, that is exactly when the piece arrived. So James called me at about 10:15 am Tuesday, and asked me when I would be home? When I explained that I would be home all day, he said "great", and was at my home by 11 am! It took James only about 35 to 40 minutes to repair the washing machine, and it now runs as good as new! James charged me a price that I felt was honest and very reasonable for his work! James is friendly, polite, and efficient, and after working for over 30 years in the repair business, it is clear that James is a HIGHLY QUALIFIED appliance repair man! Better yet, since James is the soul self-employed owner of his business, you can rest assured, James will do the best he can to address your appliance repair needs! I plan to use James for all my future appliance repair needs. I highly recommend JM Appliance Repair Service to anyone seeking a repair person who is punctual, friendly, honest, punctual, and efficient. James offers quality work, at a reasonable price. I called because our dryer was not drying our clothes consistently, and was taking much longer than typical for a cycle. James called us back and explained that the issue was likely one with airflow and that a repair would likely be expensive if airflow werent the issue. I was convinced that my vents were clean; but, I doubt deeper and he was right! It was a big chunk of lint stuck in a crevice. I removed it and the dryer works like new now. I would definitely call James again. He was honest and didnt want to waste our time or money with a visit or an expensive repair.

Jamie was an incredible communicator... Super patient and helpful. He not only clearly explained what had gone wrong with my dryer, repaired. It, improved the venting system- but he then gave me the name and number of a vent specialist who could really make it so that I didn't have this problem with my dryer in the future. An education and a delight... And a thorough professional. I have told other people in the area when they've shared with me that they're having problems with appliances that they should contact j.m appliance service.

Came to fix my refrigerator (water under the frig) only to find out it was a lose hose on my washer that was next to the frig. He found were the water was coming from, tightened the hose and guest what? Problem solved. Your the best Jamie and I will tell everyone about you. Thank you so much.
