Jaclyn was great to work with. Our realtor recommended her to us as he has dealt with her in the past. After our first initial email I could tell why she was highly recommended. Jaclyn was always professional and prompt, even when she was out of the office she was still on top of everything and answering all our questions. Signing our paperwork was a breeze and she made sure we understood what we were doing and not just trying to get us in and out. Hopefully well be using Packard again soon!
