        Drive up Atm buttons are really worn out. Also the height of the atm is horrible for truck sized vehicles.

        ATM outside always seems to have a line. Our debit card got hacked one day and I believe this ATM is where our info was stolen from. Beware of anything odd looking near the card reader! (Can be at any ATM or debut card reader) A huge plus Santander has a great system, the person that committed fraud with our card tried using it 6 times and only one transaction went through and we got quickly reimbursed. Great bank and great customer service!

        Horrible service, every time I go in they question why I’m taking out so much money. Last time handed me all my money no envelopes just stacks of 2,000. Completely unprofessional and ignorant. Worst bank ever on a scale 1-100 I’d say very Ghetto. Never again! Ever! Worst branch in Worcester!
